На Хортиці можна помітити багато різноманітних покинутих будинків радянської доби. Але комплекс колишньої комсомольскої школи і зараз виділяєтьсясеред інших. Ця велика будівля колись регулярно збирала всередині себе десятки молодих людей з усього півдня України. Що це була для школа і чому час перебування там люди цінували – читайте далі.
Комсомол (скорочення від «Комуністичний союз молоді») — це організація молоді, яка існувала в колишньому Радянському Союзі та інших соціалістичних країнах (щоправда, в інших країнах назва була своя). Звісно, що комсомол був тісно пов’язаним із Комуністичною партією, і його завданням було формування ідеологічного та політичного спрямування серед молоді, а також залучення її до активної участі в громадському та політичному житті.
Заснований у 1918 році, комсомол в Радянському Союзі існував практично до розпаду Союзу в 1991 році. Організація включала молодь у віці від 14 до 28 років і була розділена на різні рівні, включаючи комсомольські організації в школах, вищих навчальних закладах, підприємствах тощо. Членство в Комсомолі було практичною умовою для прийняття до партії, що дозволяло владі розвивати інтелектуальний та політичний потенціал молоді.
З роками, особливо в період після смерті Йосипа Сталіна, вплив комсомолу став менш авторитарним, і організація стала більше відкритою для різноманітних ініціатив молоді. Однак із зростанням демократичних рухів та глибшими змінами в суспільстві, комсомол втратив свою популярність та вплив. Після розпаду Радянського Союзу, багато з країн, які колись були частинами соціалістичного блоку, припинили існування своїх комсомольських організацій.
Комсомол виконував широкий спектр функцій, включаючи політичну індоктринацію, організацію трудових таборів, проведення громадських та культурних заходів, підтримку молодіжних ініціатив та інше. Участь у Комсомолі часто була сприймана як обов’язкова для молоді, і вступ до організації міг бути важливим для кар’єрного росту та можливостей отримання освіти.
Для підготовки кадрів для комсомолських організацій існувала низка відповідних навчальних закладів. Вони передбачали довго- або короткострокові курси чи семінари для різних категорій комсомольців.
Здебільшого школи призначалися для підвищення кваліфікації робітників. Щоправда, як підвищити кваліфікацію секретаря райкому комсомолу, мало хто собі уявляв, особливо якщо ця людина працювала десь у глибинці. Але система працювала, люди отримували направлення і повинні були їхати у подібні школи.
Мережа учбових закладів комсомолу була доволі великою і розгалудженою. Зокрема, в неї входили і зональні комсомольські школи. Вони відповідали за певну територію (тобто, зону), у яку входили як правило декілька областей.
Зокрема, у 1973 році було відкрито Запорізьку зональну комсомольську школу. Будівлю звели у одному з мальовничих куточків острову Хортиця. Взагалі, це не дивно — адже подібні заклади зазвичай якраз і будували десь за містом.
Ця школа відповідала за підготовку та перепідготовку комсомольский активістів та функціонерів на території півдня України, зокрема і Криму. За один раз школа могла прийняти 90 абітурієнтів. Відкриття було дуже пафосним, виступали багато різних партійних та комсомольских начальників.
Зазвичай люди, які отримували направлення сюди, спочатку не дуже раділи. Адже треба було їхати в інше місто, сидіти на заняттях, ще і заліки треба було складати в кінці прослуховування матеріалу. Зазвичай курс тривав десь тиждень, після чого здавався залік. Після навчання люди отримували певні свідоцтва про закінчення школи.
Зазвичай графік був приблизно таким. Розклад занять — з 9-00 до 12-00 та з 14-00 до 18-00. О 8-й ранку сніданок, о 12-30 обід, о 18-30 — вечеря. Занять немає тільки в суботу після обіду і в неділю — можна було з’їздити до Запоріжжя, подивитися пам’ятки та цікавинки.
Навчання зазвичай крутилося навкруги культурно-масової роботи, обговорення партійних з’їздів та інтерпретація їх рішень до інших. Чомусь корисному тут навчитись було важко, бо зазвичай ті хто сюди приїжджав — вже мали певний досвід роботи на посаді.
Щоправда, остання обставина цікавила хіба що робітників з якихось далеких сел, де були великі проблеми з магазинами та дефіцитом. Люди ж з міст або не таких віддалених районів воліли в Запоріжжя не їздити, бо вже тоді з заводів смерділо дуже сильно.
А от на самій Хортиці було добре. Гарна природа, наявність поряд пляжів та взагалі чудові краєвиди острова були багатьом довподоби. Тому абсолютна більшість брали з собою плавки та купальники. Найбільш досвідчені брали з собою ще і консерви, адже кухня у школі була так собі, і годували тут погано.
Але найбільш цікавим для слухачів були якраз часи поза навчанням. У школі регулярно організовувалися дискотеки, танці, і інші подібні веселощі. Алкоголь тут був присутній навіть у часи горбачовської боротьби із ним, що вже казати про інші часи. Тому п’яні гулянки у цьому місці були більш ніж типовим явищем, яке з легкістю згадають старші покоління запоріжців, що пам’ятають часи роботи школи.
Взірцем та «обліко моралє» комсомольці теж не відрізнялись. Зазвичай туди їхали молоді люди, які ще не були одружені, тому разові знайомства заради однієї ночі не були новиною чи чимось незвичним. Хоча одного разу взагалі трапилась цікава подія. На танцювальний вечір до школи запросили курсантів-міліціонерів. У одного з них встановився настільки стійкий контакт з слухачкою курсів, що він вирішив відстати від групи і заховатись у неї в кімнаті. Зрештою, «дезертира» все ж таки знайшли.
Школа припинила своє існування з початком 1990-х років і розпадом комсомолу як такого. З тих пір будівля поступово розграбовувалась і наразі від неї залишилась хіба коробка. Тим не менш, про часи її роботи зберегли гарні і веселі спогади ті, хто там навчався або працював. Адже через комсомол пройшла абсолютна більшість керівників міста та області на початку незалежності, а дехто завдяки зв’зкам та матеріальним можливостям колишньої організації сколотив свої перші статки. Але, як-то кажуть, це вже зовсім інша історія.
