Необычные дома Запорожья

Многие несведущие граждане называют Запорожье «совковым» городом, который не может предложить заезжему туристу ничего, кроме Хортицы и ДнепроГЭСа. На самом же деле это не так, и в нашем Запорожье есть немало интересных объектов, каждый из которых по-своему уникален. Предлагаем вам небольшой обзор оригинальных зданий нашего города.

Самое красивое здание

Пожалуй, это самая субъективная позиция в нашем рейтинге. На это звание по праву могут претендовать многие запорожские здания (например особняк Коопа или «замок» Вальман). Но мы все же отметим бывшую меннонитскую школу для девочек а ныне общеобразовательную школу №81.

В меннонитском обществе (впрочем, как и в целом в те времена) было принято раздельное обучение мальчиков и девочек. Именно для обучения последних и было построено данное здание в начале XX века, а точнее – в 1895 году.

Обучение здесь длилось поначалу три года, а позже уже четыре. Девочек учили стандартному набору знаний: русский и немецкий языки, математику, географию и другие необходимые для барышень с хорошими манерами знания. Образование было платным, но некоторых учили бесплатно за счет стипендий. Их выделяли богатые помещики, в том числе и Катарина Вальман, по инициативе которой строился тот самый «замок».

Самое любопытное, что в здании всегда размещались образовательные учреждения

Богатая внешняя отделка здания создает впечатление даже сегодня, спустя много лет. Пилястры, окна-люкарны и резные двери, украшенные специальным рисунком дошли до наших дней в практически неизменном виде. Не сохранилась лишь оригинальная крыша. В советские годы к школе достроили дополнительные корпуса, но оригинальное здание сильно переделывать не стали, и это замечательно.

Почему именно это здание самое красивое? Стоит сказать, что оно сохранилось лучше других. Ведь особняк Коопа долгое время был тубдиспансером, и его реставрацией никто не занимался. А тот же замок Вальман в наши дни уже порос не то что кустами, а деревьями. Если ничего не будет предпринято для его спасения, Запорожье может и вовсе лишиться этого памятника архитектуры.

Самое высокое здание

Наиболее высоким зданием в Запорожье пока что считается бизнес-центр Eco Tower. Он всего насчитывает 19 этажей, а высота превышает 50 метров. Все помещения здания включены в единую систему управления. Она регулирует вентиляцию, отопление, кондиционирование и прочие параметры внутреннего микроклимата.

С момент своего ввода в эксплуатацию Eco Tower остается наиболее современным бизнес-центром города. Помимо офисов, доступных для аренды, здесь есть помещения для проведения встреч, бизнес-ланчей и неформальных встреч. Разумеется, есть здесь и комнаты для проведения конференций и деловых переговоров, оснащенные современной техникой. К услугам гостей – подземный паркинг на 92 места. С верхних этажей открывается отличный вид как на близлежащие здания, так и на остров Хортицу и реку Днепр. Эх, если бы площадь Фестивальную привели в порядок – то было бы совсем хорошо.

Самое необычное здание

У этого дома два названия. Одни называют его пьяным, а другие «долларом». Помимо своей формы, он обладает еще и уникальной длиной – 360 метров, а если бы его развернули в максимальную длину то он достиг бы 420 метров!

Ходят легенды, что дом должен был быть мишенью вместо плотины ДнепроГЭС, но это просто городские легенды

История появления дома следующая. Проектировщики дома учли рельеф местности и попытались немного расширить жилплощадь дома. Он предназначался для работников алюминиевого комбината и «Укрграфита». В итоге удалось некоторые квартиры сделать из 4-комнатных 5-комнатными, а трехкомнатные – четырехкомнатные. Выигрыш составил до 20 квадратных метров, что очень немало.

Проект дома пришлось согласовывать «наверху». Чиновники поначалу были против, потому что площадь квартир превышала установленные тогда нормы на площадь квартир. В конечном итоге дом все-таки построили, но авторам (проектировщику Ю. Егорову, главному инженеру В. Ренгевичу, начальнику отдела В. Бабенкову). Штраф назначили за то, что в здании было 10 этажей (один отведен под магазины, аптеки и другие помещения, а 9 этажей – жилые). А согласно нормам противопожарной безопасности, если в здании больше 9 этажей, то доступ к верхним этажам затруднен.

Самое старое здание

Это бывший дом купца Захарьина, построенный во первой половине XIX века. Изначальная планировка дома также не сохранилась, поскольку здание неоднократно перестраивалось под различные нужды. В 1860-е годы у здания появился второй этаж, для входа на него сделали две дополнительные лестницы.

Качественная реставрация зданию бы точно не повредила

Поначалу городская управа арендовала здание у Захарьина, пока его не выкупил будущий градоначальник Мовчановский. Позднее тут некоторое время располагалась городская управа. В годы Первой мировой войны здесь располагался военный госпиталь, а во время следующей мировой войны здание снова стало госпиталем. В перерывах между войнами тут было отделение почтовой связи, оно же располагалось в доме и после войны. Сегодня в доме располагается только один из филиалов «Запорожсвязьсервиса».

Самое легендарное здание

А с этим зданием связана одна из самых фантастических и невероятных легенд города. Дом в форме буквы «С» называют круглым домом. Но все дело даже не в этом, а в легендарной истории. Якобы, во время строительства знаменитого Соцгорода, его авторы думали угодить самому вождю народов. Дома должны были иметь форму букв, а буквы складываться в слово… ну, вы поняли, «Сталин».

На самом же деле дом просто венчает один из кварталов Соцгорода, находясь напротив не менее знаменитых домов-пропилей. Автором проекта был знаменитый архитектор Виталий Лавров. Круглый дом был впечатляющим не только своей формой, но и размером – в нем насчитывалось целых 14 подъездов.

При этом дом предназначался только для проживания. Все остальное (кухни, столовые, ванные комнаты, душевые) должны были располагаться отдельно. На первом этаже предполагалсь общественная прачечная. Тогда вообще все должно быть общественным, и никакого индивидуализма. Разве что отопление должно было быть печным, по-старинке. Лишь в 1970-х годах здесь наладили центральное отопление. Во дворе дома ранее располагался фонтан.

Самое удивительное во всем этом то, что несмотря на наличие большого числа фотографий и планов Соцгорода, легенда про архитектурного «СТАЛИНа» все еще живет, а некоторые недобросовестные экскурсоводы даже рассказывают её.
