Запорожье – город относительно молодой, здесь почти не осталось старинных зданий. Искать тут купеческие погреба занятие бесполезное, равно как и таинственные средневековые подземелья. Но в силу бурного развития промышленности в середине прошлого века, а также кризиса после распада СССР в городе имеется немало заброшенных объектов. На некоторых из них действительно страшно, а кое-где и опасно.
В советские годы в запорожье работал завод “Радиоприбор”, занимавшийся выпуском продукции военного назначения. В частности, тут делали радиоаппаратуру для командных машин управления, станций звуковой разведки, систем шифрации, танковые переговорные устройства и прочее. Завод был режимным объектом, уровень секретности – высочайший.
В 1977 году на базе конструкторского бюро завода создается Запорожский научно-исследовательский институт радиосвязи, сокращенно ЗНИИРС. Первоначально он размещался в здании вблизи привокзальной площади. Найти это здание можно, если ехать по направлению к ДЖД (Детской железной дороге) от вокзала Запорожье-1. Переезжаете через подъездные железнодорожные пути (там шлагбаум), далее по правую сторону будет здание бывшего супермаркета, а следом заброшенное здание с выбитыми окнами. Это и есть здание ЗНИИРСа.
Нижний этаж закрыт железными решетками. Проникнуть внутрь можно, но рискованно. Здание хорошо охраняется, на первом этаже можно увидеть датчики движения. Кроме того, возле здания дежурит машина охранной фирмы. В свое время тут часто ловили недальновидных бомжей и других маргиналов, пытавшихся разжиться металлоломом. Поэтому забираться внутрь довольно опасное дело, могут быть неприятности.
Под зданием находится не менее интересный объект – бомбоубежище института. Попасть в него можно через подвал самого института, а еще через вентиляционную шахту, именно этим путем в основном и пользовались разнообразные “диггеры”. Также есть еще один вариант, подземный – но подробно расписывать его не будем, а попросту расскажем Вам, что можно увидеть в бомбоубежище.
Пройдя через узкий проход, заваленный мусором и радиаторами отопления, можно попасть внутрь объекта. Он состоит из ряда помещений, которые в свое время должны были обеспечить полную защиту и относительный комфорт коллективу института. Здесь были 4 душевых помещения, а также медпункт. Кстати, в медпункте остались коробки и комплектующие для аптечек типа АИ-2. Сразу предупреждаем: искать в них обезболивающее не стоит, его в этих коробках нет. Очевидно, оно хранилось где-то отдельно и должно было выдаваться только в случае использования объекта по назначению.
Также немалый интерес представляет и склад объекта. На 2016 год внутри хранилось немало противогазов, в основном типа ГП-5. Очевидно, ранее здесь было много и противогазов ИП-4, потому что до сих пор в бомбоубежище можно увидеть “остатки былой роскоши” в виде патронов РП-4 к ним.
Также здесь есть масса плакатов, схем и графиков (бедные работники, которые чертили все это), также украшением бомбоубежища является карта-схема, также выполненная вручную. На ней изображено как само предприятие, так и его окрестности.
ЗНИИРС расширялся, и решено было построить для института новое здание. Место было выбрано удобное, рядом с медсанчастью завода (ныне городская больница №7) и зеленой зоной возле Гребного канала.
Но из-за развала СССР и последовавшего коллапса оборонной промышленности, здание не успели ввести в эксплуатацию полноценно, а вскоре предприятие остановило свою работу, а институт тоже остался не у дел. Здание пришло в запустение.
К моменту постройки под “книжкой” (так здание назвали из-за специфического внешнего вида) оборудовали большое бомбоубежище, как и полагается важному объекту режимного завода.
В 2000-е годы “книжку” передали на баланс МВД, но это слабо помогло. Здание охраняется, но все равно на его территорию проникают любители заброшенных мест. В подвальном помещении до сих пор находится электродвигатель, который, возможно, отвечал за работу системы вентиляции. Кроме того, сохранилась часть оборудования санузла, а в целом по всему помещению разбросаны детали от приборов, документация советской эпохи и прочий хлам. Вход же в само бомбоубежище закрыт и замаскирован, попасть туда не получится.
Здание охраняется и сегодня. Городские власти неоднократно поднимали вопрос о передаче здания на баланс города, но МВД почему-то не спешит этого делать. Очевидно, здание нужно министерству для каких-то своих задач. Известно, что бомбоубежище оснащено всем необходимым по соответствующему штату еще с конца 2000-х годов.
Ранее в этом здании находился институт, который проектировал многие здания города. К примеру, здание цирка, Дом Быта, разнообразные школы и многое другое. Но с началом развития частного предпринимательства и появления множества проектных фирм все пришло в упадок.
Здание постепенно приходило в упадок, окончательно все начало разрушаться примерно с 2017 года. В 2018 году были полностью уничтожены бывшие производственные помещения, а в 2019 отсюда вывезли архив конструкций зданий и сооружений (удивительно, что он вообще уцелел).
На сегодняшний день здание представляет собой жалкое зрелище. Перекрытия находятся в аварийном состоянии. Частично обвалились потолки и полы. Повсюду выбитые стекла, часть из них плохо держится в рамах и всегда может упасть кому-то на голову. В общем, если решите сюда зайти, сначала хорошенько подумайте.
По всей территории валяется разнообразный мусор. Кроме того, в здание часто проникают бездомные, а также наркоманы. Последняя категория визитеров оставляет после себя сувениры вроде приспособлений для курения смесей или шприцы, что тоже добавляет опасности и неудобства при посещении.
На перекрестке улиц Тюленина и Победы, если зайти во дворы дома, можно увидеть остатки старого здания. Здесь когда-то находился детский сад одного из запорожских предприятий. Но в 1990-е годы промышленность почти не работала, и детский сад лишился финансирования. Так и вышло, что территория опустела.
Постепенно бесхозное здание облюбовали бездомные и наркоманы. Остатки зданий отлично видны и сегодня, но посещать в одиночку это место не стоит, хотя и находится бывший детский сад в самом центре города. Что любопытно, совсем рядом с руинами находится детская площадка, которая выглядит очень прилично.
В 2020 году эту территорию отдали под застройку частной фирме. Если верить опубликованному проекту, здесь должен появится трехэтажный дом с частным детским садом.
Что любопытно, подобных заброшенных детских садов в городе достаточно. Аналогичный имеется в Шевченковском районе города, есть заброшенное заведение такого типа и в Хортицком районе Запорожья. Подобные объекты стали просто-таки рассадником грязи, мусора и криминала. Возле них часто можно увидеть “кладменов” с наркотиками, которые потом извлекают и употребляют по месту благодарные клиенты. Когда ситуация изменится к лучшему – неизвестная.
Неподалеку от здания роддома №1 можно увидеть высокое недостроенное здание. Именно сюда должны были переехать сотрудники и оборудование из старого здания, в котором они находятся и сегодня.
Строить новый корпус начали в 1993 году, но уже в 1996 году строительство прекратилось. Причина банальна: нехватка средств. Успели выстроить стены, а также вставить оконные рамы. Но на этом все остановилось.
Впрочем, это здание пострадало меньше других. Конечно, как и во многих других заброшенных местах, здесь легко можно встретить бомжей или наркоманов. Но в отличие от других руин, здесь сравнительно чисто, и вокруг здания территория убрана. Это более-менее людное место, да и больница расположена рядом. Остается лишь надеяться на то, что в будущем роддом всё-таки достроят.
